I value people who do quality work, give updates on any changes to their schedule/estimated time of arrival, and who take care of their customers. This company did all of those things and were fairly priced.

On Time, extremely professional, did a wonderful/thorough job. Very respectful of our home....as soon as they came, they put on protective covers on their shoes (just so they didn't get our floors dirty)...very thoughtful!! Long story short, I will hire them back in a heartbeat the next time we need a cleaning.

Highly recommend this company for dryer and heater vent cleaning. Experienced, reliable, clean, and reasonably priced. We had a difficult to reach dryer and received very high estimates from another company. Optim Air came in and was able to overcome the space issues and perform an excellent cleaning. When I asked the wife/owner of the company if she thought he could handle our situation, she said " My husband is a marine. He can handle anything.

Excellent service and good people. They went above and beyond to clean my dryer vent and duct. They had to physically lift my dryer out of the laundry closet and they did it with no complaints. They even put my laundry closet doors back on the track and cleaned them when they left.

The guys from Optim Air were at my home today and they were very professional, friendly and did an amazing job cleaning out all the muck that was in my duct, probably for years!!

Project went very well. Arrived early, very professional and explained what he was doing and why. Vent ducting was actually in pretty good shape even after 15 years. Returns were quite dirty. Dryer vent desperately needed cleaning. The pile of lint he pulled out filled two 5 gallon buckets. Drying time has been cut in half.

When I called to schedule a dryer vent cleaning I was able to get an appointment within a few days. On the day of service, the technician arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing. After cleaning my dryer vents he showed me all of the lint that was extracted and gave me some tips on how to avoid fires by scheduling regular maintenance.
